Recipe for Protein Banana Muffins

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 6 egg whites
  • 3/4 cup of oat bran
  • 1/2 cup of non-fat greek yogurt
  • 2 scoops of vanilla protein
  • 1/4 cup of stevia
  • 1 1/2-2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 –  spray muffin tins or foil liners with non stick spray

Place all ingredients in a medium size bowl and mix with a mixer until everything is well blended

Fill 12 muffin tins evenly

Bake for 12- 15 min or until tooth pick comes out dry.

Enjoy.
