I am a mother of 3 small children and over the years of parenthood I have gained weight. In December 2014 I had realized just how much I had gained and I weighed the most I had ever weighed in my life. So I reached out to Lisa Black at Fit Balanced Body/Healthy Balanced Bodies for her help. January 2015 was when I started my journey with Lisa. Upon my first appointment she had me so excited for the journey I had ahead of myself. She was very professional and non-judgemental. Lisa gave me a strict diet and fitness plan to follow. With her positive guidance and her support, I started to lose weight within the first week. Not seeing the results aside from just a scale Lisa encouraged me to keep doing what I was doing. By the end of the first month I had lost 12 pounds. I was completely amazed at the results I had. Lisa would check on me weekly and be there to keep me on track. She kept me motivated and by April 2015 I had dropped 30 pounds and went from a size 12 to a size 4. I had lost several inches off my waist. I have never felt better in my life.
