Tools to make life more convenient seem to be more popular every year. There is a solution to almost every problem we can think of and there seems to be an app for everything now a days. Have you used any healthy lifestyle phone apps to keep you on track with your goals? There are so many to choose from and the accountably truly does work. Here are a few apps that I am just starting with and some of my favorite apps that keep me on track in my own life. --- I hope they will help you, too!

Sleep Cycle - An app that tracks your sleep cycles to wake you up at the perfect time in your sleep cycle. It can even give you insight on how well you're sleeping, and can even tell you if your snoring. ;)

Headspace - My Favorite to use and recommend to my clients - This is a meditation app that helps you quiet your mind for as little as a few minutes a day. With so many different focus packs to choose from, Im sure you will love it too.

ShopWell - An interesting app that helps you understand what's in the food that you're buying and suggest new foods to try. You can input your health goals, and the app will help you reach them.

Dietbet - I have not tried this yet, but I learned about it through a couple of my male clients.  If you need some extra accountability, putting your money where your mouth is can really help. Dietbet can help keep you on track by charging you when you fall behind on your goals---but you can also make some money when you reach them.

Habit - bull - A visual representation of the healthy habits that you are trying to create for yourself. This simple to use app can keep you on track.

Charity Miles - This is a great app that a friend told me about, it is an incredible opportunity to raise money for a charity while getting healthy. What a great way to hold yourself accountable.

If you haven't taken advantage of some or all of these apps yet, I suggest checking them out. I would love to hear any helpful apps that you use and love, comment below!

I didn’t know that there is an app that will help me focus. It’s true that there are a lot of disturbances in life right now. With all the online activities, our hands are already full just by holding our mobile phones. I’m not saying that gadgets are bad. But can’t hide the fact that too much use of these gadgets consumes our precious time and also poses risk to our health. This is why I’m curious about the Headspace app. I will check it out some other time.
