How exercise helps move toxins out of your body!

Exercise has tons of benefits for health and wellbeing but you may not be quite so familiar with its detox effects.

Let’s talk a bit about the effects that exercise can have on detoxing and why it’s a super important part of any detox efforts:

Regular exercise helps to clear out toxins from the skin (through sweat!) and improves blood circulation. Both of these help your body to deal with toxins more effectively. If you’re also taking steps to live a more toxin free life in general, this can be super effective in reducing your toxic load.

Yoga poses can be great for boosting circulation while light cardio work is perfect for getting the blood pumping and your lungs working harder. A light walk, jog or a bit of light dancing can do the trick. Want to take things up a notch with cardio? High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is great for detoxing. Want to do something a little different? Rebounding on a trampoline is another great detox exercise and can stimulate the lymph system.

Any form of exercise is great for detoxing though. Whatever you choose, don’t forget to drink enough water. This helps to keep you hydrated and also flushes out more toxins.

Another great detox benefit of working out? Exercise can also help to detox your mind. You’ve probably found that you can easily clear your mind during workouts, right? Regular exercise can tap into this and be a game changer for both physical and mental detoxification.
