Exercise for your Abs

Hey there,

Here is a quick workout that I do for my abs ~ try it and let me know what you think.

5 min Ab workout..

Jack knives – 10
Bicycles – 15 each side
Reverse Crunches – 10
Plank Hold – 30s

Do as many rounds as you can in 5 min. Rest when you need to. How many rounds can you do?
