I’m talking about all of the small actions you take every day to move you forward, to help you feel better, move better, or help you accomplish your dream goals.
This blog is all about the importance of keeping score of your positive habits and actions by using your own daily and weekly scorecard! It’s one of the most motivating things you can do. It’s also one of the most impactful exercises you can use to help you stay on track with what’s really important to you in your life! The other day I sent an email out to my subscribers, about creating a Goal-Getting Scorecard. If you didn’t receive it, no worries, because I can share it with you here. Anyway … keeping track of your success habits is a powerful motivator! You can’t control the end result of what you’re looking to achieve … but what you CAN control are the ACTIONS you need to take to achieve that goal. When you see a direct correlation between the actions you take with your results, you can become truly unstoppable. All you have to do is determine the specific habits and actions you need to perform each week to achieve your goals and feel fulfilled. Be realistic, and decide how many days each week you’re going to commit to each item. Example- I will eat at least 90% of my meals at home I workout 5 times a week- Monday - Friday I make it a point to read or listen to a book/lecture Monday. - Sunday I hit my macros within 5 everyday Monday - Sunday I block out 3hrs a for school work Monday - Friday and block out 3 for HBB work Monday - Friday If I do not get them in on Monday - Friday I will try to make it up on the weekend. So that’s mine. For yours, I recommend starting out with just a few habits that you know will be easy to check off. Then when you’ve got some success under your belt, you can add more. The key to all of this is to make it achievable, enjoy the process, and see a payoff! It’s about setting yourself up for success. So … what’s going to go on your scorecard?I’d love to know! And again here is the link you can download your scorecard.
