Have you heard about Bragg Organic raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar?

I have been using it as my salad dressing for a couple of months now. I loved it so much that I started adding in on all my meals and I have to say that my favorite is sweet potato soaked in acv. In the last couple of weeks, I started hearing all the hype about it so I decided to do my own research. It does have a lot of health benefits and a ton of good uses. Here is a few I hope you find useful.

Did you know by adding 2 teaspoons of ACV in a glass of water every morning can assist with weight loss, by breaking down body fat. Who is going to try it now? ACV has high levels of potassium,so it also has a clarifying, detoxifying effect on the body. If you are having problems sleeping, try making a drink made with hot water and a tablespoon of ACV, and (honey to taste) to get some zzz in. They say by taking ACV in water 3 times a day it can help the symptoms of sinus infections, allergies, and sore throats. Allergy’s have all ready been so bad this year, maybe worth a try.

It is also great as an all natural disinfectant in the kitchen. Use it undiluted on your counter tops to disinfect them or you can add 1/2 cup into a bucket of warm water and mop your floors.  In your bathroom you can use it on your counter tops, mop your floor’s and  in your toilet bowl let it stand for about an hour then brush and flush..  You can even add a tablespoon to a spray bottle full of water and use it to freshen up the smell of your house, specially if you have pets.

ACV also kills bacteria so you can use it as a foot soak to eliminate stinky feet  ;) Using it full strength and wiping it on your teeth every morning and night will help lighten stains on the enamel..be sure you rinse well after. It can also be used as a hair conditioner instead of store-bought conditioners that are laden with chemicals, just stir 1 tablespoon of ACV into 1 cup of water, and rinse your hair after shampooing. It will add body, shine and also will help with tangles.

Apparently, it is also great on insect bites too. It can alleviate itchiness, and speed healing. Just soak a cotton ball in acv and then press against the bite for about 30 seconds. Repeat every hour or so for itch relief.

So it seems Apple Cider Vinegar is great for you inside and out; plus an all natural household must. If you want more information on this amazing product you can visit them at www.bragg.com. That is where I found this recipe:
