20 min. Metabolic Effect Leg Workout

I did a 20 min. Metabolic Effect leg workout here it is…

Circuit 1 – Do as many rounds as you can in 10 min.
Barbell Squats – heavy weight – 10 reps
Squat Jumps – no weight – 15 jumps
Circuit 2 – Again do as many as you can in 10 min.
Bench Step Ups – heavy weight – 10 each leg
Bulgarian Split Squats – No weight – 20 each leg

Stretch after!
Rest whenever you need to – let me what you think ~ if you try it!
