Halloween is a fun-filled holiday packed with costumes, parties, and, of course, candy! But if you’re working hard on your health goals, the abundance of sweets can feel a little overwhelming. The good news? You can absolutely enjoy the treats and festivities without undoing all your progress.
Here are a few tips to help you indulge mindfully and maintain a healthy balance this Halloween.
