Saturday morning workout…
Saturday is my high intense interval training day.(HIIT) I love sprinting because its a great workout, Specially for your legs, abs, and over all health. I also enjoy them, they are short, fast and fun.
I didn’t have time to go to the track this morning, but knew I wanted to get my workout in before my awesome day with my coach Jill Coleman. So what did I do?
Yep, I found a way…. I have a long steep driveway, so I decided to sprint up as fast as I can, when I got to the top I walked back down, rested until I was ready to go again. I did that 10 times, it took about 15- 20 minutes.
I like to sprint twice a week. They get me the best results in the shortest amount of time.
