This is so true, but so hard for many of us, right?
I struggle with sweets- I LOVE them all, especially cake but I have learned to become a “sweets snob”. If I want to have something sweet I will, but I always make sure it is what I want and worth every bite.
So that means, no boxed pre made sweets of any kind.
I do not keep the ingredients in my house to make something homemade. If I want something I plan for it.
A lot of times, if I am craving sweets, I will have a protein bar, a cocoa drink or a piece of fruit and it usually does the trick.
Since, I became a “sweet snob” I have less cravings, eat less sweets, lost some weight and feel a whole lot better!
